Structure of Saturday
The festival brings together 32 teams for a full day of exciting, competitive football. Designed to maximise game time and enjoyment, every team has the opportunity to compete in a professionally organised tournament from start to finish.
Teams will be drawn into eight groups of four, where they will compete in a round-robin format, similar to the FIFA World Cup. Each team will play every other team in their group, giving everyone multiple matches and a fair opportunity to qualify.
Once the group stage is complete, the top two teams from each group will progress to the knockout rounds. From this point onwards, every match counts. Teams will compete in a straight knockout format, with winners advancing through each round until the two finalists battle it out to become Festival Champions.
Event Schedule
The first fixtures are scheduled to begin at 9:30am on the Saturday, so teams should arrive in plenty of time to register, warm up and prepare for the day’s action.
The tournament runs throughout the day, with matches taking place across multiple pitches to keep action flowing, minimising waiting times.

Following the knockout rounds, the two remaining teams will compete in the Grand Final, where one team will be crowned champions. The festival is expected to conclude at approximately 4:00pm.
