Please complete your Team’s Registration through the Tourify app (direct link to our registration page on our superstars festival website). Please ensure you provide as many details as possible however Superstars appreciates that you may not have the full team at this stage.
Once you have registered your team, you can proceed to book your accommodation.
Please note that accommodation bookings are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
To secure your accommodation, you will be required to either pay a 25% non refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due 12 weeks before the event, or spread the full cost over 4 monthly instalments through our chosen payment plan provider at time of booking with our payment plan.
The advertised accommodation numbers represent the maximum occupancy and must not be exceeded. If you book accommodation for fewer people than the advertised capacity, the cost will remain the same.
A full final briefing email will be sent to the Group Leaders of all participating teams approximately 3 weeks before each festival. This will be followed by a Teams meeting to ensure everyone understands what is expected and to address any questions.

Superstars Festival is a festival for grassroots teams of all abilities. All teams must be affiliated with a County, Area, National, or School Football Association, and must play together regularly as a team throughout the season, such as in a league.
Academy teams or teams with at least one academy player within the team affiliated with professional clubs, and ‘representative’ sides, may enter only at the higher-level criteria and must not be entered into the lower or medium level criteria to keep within the spirit of the game.

All teams will be required to complete a Player Registration Form, which includes the full name and date of birth of each player. Teams are also required to bring either Football Association registration documents or appropriate identification (copy of passport or birth certificate) for all players to the festival as proof of eligibility and age.
At venues under the jurisdiction of the English FA as all games will be played in England, the following age qualifications apply. Boys and girls are permitted to play together in all age groups. Attending international teams are required to follow the English criteria of age qualification groups.

*In accordance with FA rules, once a player has turned 6 years of age, they will be permitted to participate in the U7 age section.
In 3-a-side age sections, a maximum of 9 players to be rotated across the day, with no player exceeding 60 minutes of playing time in total.
In 5-a-side age sections, a maximum of 10 players may be listed in the playing squad and rotated across the day, with no player exceeding 90 minutes of playing time in total.
In 7-a-side age sections, a maximum of 14 players to be rotated across the day, with no player exceeding 90 minutes of playing time in total.
Teams are permitted to register a maximum of two ‘guest players’ for the festival. ‘Guest players’ are players who are not currently registered with your club; however, they must provide documentary evidence to your club secretary confirming their correct age. These documents must be brought with them to the festival.
To ensure you have as much time as possible to enjoy your holiday, the earliest kick-off is scheduled for 9:30am, and matches are played within close proximity to the Gulliver’s World site. Each team is responsible for transporting their players and supporters to and from the venues, and pitches whilst at the festival.
Independent, qualified referees are appointed for all festival matches, and are paid match fees by Superstars. All referees are required to follow and make themselves accustomed to Superstars and FA safeguarding polices and procedures.
Venue and timings are to be confirmed – however this event will occur across the festival weekend.
All players will receive a custom Superstars Festival medal at the presentation ceremony as a memento.

Each player, coaches and spectators will receive the relevant wristbands approximately two weeks in advance through the post. If anyone does not have the relevant wristbands, they will unfortunately be refused entry to Gulliver’s world. Option 3: Gulliver’s World Hotel – food for Saturday breakfast, Saturday evening meal and Sunday Breakfast along with Gulliver’s passes for Sunday are included in this option.
Despite the option you wish to book, all bookings must be made through the superstarsfestival.co.uk website. A 25% deposit is to be paid at the time of your booking in order to secure you accommodation. We do not accept provisional bookings.
We understand that sometimes cancellations happen due to illness, accidents or a change in circumstances and it may be necessary to cancel your booking. If you have taken an insurance policy you will need to contact your insurers directly.

As event organisers, Superstars Festival reserve the right to refuse entry to individuals, groups and teams/Clubs. Superstars Festival will not be liable for any further expenses incurred by an individual, group, team/Club, e.g., travel, equipment, clothing, if refused entry or had to be removed from the event due to not following our code of Conduct.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, you will be notified of any changes.
Superstars Festival holds its own public liability insurance, providing cover of £10 million.
Every aspect of the game — its safety and ethos — is upheld to the highest standards. All Superstars Festivals are fully sanctioned and organised in accordance with the regulations of the relevant National/Area Football Association.
It is the responsibility of the Group Leader/Head Coach and accompanying adults to ensure that the behaviour of all party members is acceptable at all times during the festival.
The Superstars Code of Conduct will be sent to all Group Leaders ahead of the festival. It must be accepted and adhered to by every member of your party while in attendance, and Group Leaders must ensure that everyone in their team fully understands what is expected of them.

In extreme cases of unacceptable behaviour, Superstars and the Holiday Centre Management reserve the right to terminate a team’s or Club’s participation, requiring part or all of the party to leave the playing venues and Holiday Centre without refund.
Clubs will be held responsible for any damages caused by members of their party. Misconduct at the festival or at Gulliver’s World may also be reported by Superstars Festival to the relevant County, Area, or National Governing Body for further disciplinary action as appropriate.
The safety and wellbeing of your party is our number one priority. Professional First Aid cover is provided at all Superstars festivals by an appropriate local leading provider. Additionally, Gulliver’s world provides fully licenced venues that meet the Health & Safety standards required by law.

Superstars will verify these details before approving. Unidentified individuals taking photos/video may be asked to leave the venue if concerns arise, in accordance with our child protection procedures
By registering your team(s), you agree that Superstars Festival may, where appropriate, use photographs and/or video taken by official event photographers of individual players or teams for marketing literature, our website, social media platforms, and advertising. If you would prefer that photography and/or video of your players or team’s, not be used for this purpose, you must notify Superstars Festival via email to info@superstarsfestival.co.uk prior to the festival.
Official Superstars photographers will attend the presentation ceremonies to photograph each team. These photos will be available to purchase online following the festival, with further details provided during the festival.
If individuals within your group wish to take photos or video of your team playing fixtures at the festival, your team coach must consult the opposition coach beforehand. If both teams are happy for personal photos/video to be taken, this is permitted; if either team objects, photos/video must not be taken.

Superstars Festival will use the personal information you provide to process your booking and deliver your tour. We will need to share your information with third-party service providers, such as Gulliver’s, where accommodation has been booked. The Group Leader for each booking has the authority to discuss all accommodation arrangements made under the team booking with Superstars Festival Events and representatives from the holiday centres, if required. It is the Group Leader’s responsibility to inform all other members of the party what information is being provided and how it may be used.
We do not accept liability for any loss, damage or expense arising from a change or cancellation to your tour which occurs due to unusual or unforeseeable circumstances, beyond our control and that of our suppliers. Such events would include, for example, war, threat of war, riots, civil strife, pandemics, industrial disputes, terrorist activity, fire or adverse weather conditions, natural or nuclear disaster, decisions of Football Associations or similar events beyond our control.
Whilst every effort will be made to complete all scheduled fixtures at the festival, Superstars Events cannot be held responsible for the curtailment of a festival due to adverse weather conditions or the decision of other teams not to fulfil fixtures or to withdraw from the festival.
If you experience any problems with your tour, you must notify the Superstars Festival organisers on-site in writing, so that we can attempt to resolve the issue immediately. Safeguarding‑related concerns must follow the formal safeguarding process and be reported directly to the Superstars Designated Safeguarding Lead on 07852751281. If the problem cannot be resolved at the festival, your Group Leader or a nominated coach will be asked to complete a complaint form, following which Superstars Festival will carry out a full investigation after the festival. Failure to take either of these steps may affect our ability to investigate your complaint and how it is handled. Complaint forms must be submitted in writing within 28 days of the festival.
Any disputes arising between us will be governed by the laws of England & Wales, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
